<3 I appreciate your talking about getting healthier without trying to lose weight. One of your posts a few years ago helped me find courage to start doing that. Our new apartment complex has an exercise room with an elliptical. The only time I ever felt a runner high was using an elliptical with its lack of knee hurting and shin splint causing impact. Once my feet are doing better, ima start using that. :-)
